Message From the Mayor

On behalf of the City Council and the Staff of the City of Cherry Hills Village, I would like to welcome you personally to the Village’s official website. Whether you are a Villager or a "virtual visitor” to the Village, I am pleased you found our home on the web and hope that you take some time to explore all of the services and information this site provides.
Incorporated as a statutory town in 1945 and established as a home rule city in 1966,
Cherry
Hills
Village comprises 6.5 square miles in
Arapahoe
County and is an integral part of the south
Denver metropolitan region. Our Village boasts a unique history that has made the community one of the premier low-density communities in the western
United States. We pride ourselves on our sense of community, our quality of life, and our comprehensive system of parks and trails in a unique semi-rural environment situated in the midst of a thriving cosmopolitan area.
The Cherry Hills Village City Council is committed to developing the most effective and efficient means of delivering services and programs to all of our citizens. Through a concerted dedication to continuous quality improvement, we ensure that our police department, public works and all our Village officials and employees are responsive to our residents, businesses, churches, clubs, schools and customers. We sincerely believe that
Cherry
Hills
Village is quite simply the best place to live and raise a family in the entire
Denver region.
If you have any questions about our wonderful Village, or would like to provide us feedback, please contact us. We would be happy to hear from you!
With warm welcome,
Doug Tisdale, Mayor
