Overview
The objective of the Traffic Hotline is to serve as a convenient avenue for citizens to report non-emergency traffic concerns and make requests for traffic services from the Police Department. These requests and/or reports can be anonymous in nature or citizens can provide complete contact information to us.
The Traffic Hotline receives many requests for service, traffic complaints, and anonymous comments both positive and negative in nature. This service continues to prove to be very valuable, since it enables the Police Department to quickly respond to citizen needs and suggestions, and also serves as a gateway to other city services via referral.
What to Report
When reporting non-emergency traffic concerns, citizens should give a detailed description of the traffic concern, including: dates and times; contact information, if the citizen wants to be updated on the situation; and any suggested responses from the Police Department.
