Al Blum is the former vice chair of the Village's Planning and Zoning Commission on which he served for 3 years. Mr. Blum holds bachelor degrees from the University of Colorado and a JD degree along with a Masters in Laws degree from the University of Denver, and has an inactive CPA license. He is currently CEO of a homebuilding company and general counsel to a real estate development company. He and his wife Bonnie have residents of the Village since 1995.
