The City has an ADA Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. This coordinator is the point of contact for employees and the public seeking accommodations for filing complaints.
Kathryn Ducharme, Human Resources Analyst, serves as the City's ADA Coordinator. Please refer all internal and external complaints, questions or concerns to Kathryn by phone at (303)783-2734 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Another option for external complaints is located at the bottom of the website page under "HELPFUL LINKS," click on "Report a Concern". This website function may be used by the public to submit an ADA concern or issue.
Please note it is encouraged in most cases that complaints are received in written form.
