Building Division

It is the mission of the Cherry Hills Village Building Division to ensure the safety of all buildings and structures in the Village through careful review of construction documents and consistent on-site inspections. The division strives to provide prompt review of building permit applications and evaluate means of streamlining the building permit review process.

You may also stop by the Village Center during our regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to drop off a permit or to speak with someone in person.

Inspections called in before 3:00 p.m. will be performed the next business day. Inspections called in after 3:00 p.m. will be performed in two (2) business days. Cancellations for requested inspections must be received prior to 8:30 a.m. on the day of the scheduled inspection.
