City Manager's Office
Cherry Hills Village operates under a Council/Manager form of government. In this form of government, the City Council appoints a professional City Manager.
The City Manager serves at the direction of the City Council and is responsible for implementation of Council policies to provide service as efficiently and effectively as possible for residents. Additionally, the City Manager oversees the daily administration and management of all City departments and provides monthly reports to the Council on activities and projects performed by the departments. The City consists of the following departments: Police, Finance and Administration, Community Development (including Building, Planning and Engineering Divisions), and Public Works (including Streets and Parks, Trails and Recreation Divisions).
