1. What are the criteria for a classified ad in The Crier?

Ads must be limited to 40 words (or less) phone numbers and email addresses count as one word each.  Ads are generally placed in alphabetical order using the first word in the ad.

2. I am a Village resident and want to put a classified ad in The Crier. How do I do it? What is the cost?

The rates for resident classified advertising are as follows:

$25 per single issue
$250 for the entire year (this includes 2 free issues)

Please write a check to The Village Crier; mail or drop off at the Village Center Crier mailbox (to the right outside the Municipal Center door). Please include your ad with the check.

3. I am a non resident and would like to place an ad. What is the cost? Word limit? How do I pay and how do I get my ad to The Crier?

The rates for non-resident advertising are as follows:

$45 per single issue
$450 for the entire year (this includes 2 free issues)

Please write a check to The Village Crier; mail or drop off at the Village Center Crier mailbox (to the right outside the Municipal Center door).  Please include your ad with the check.

4. Do I have to mail my check or can I pay by phone and email my ad?

You can pay for your ad over the phone by calling Jessica Sager at 303-783-2730.  Jessica's normal office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  You can also email your ad copy.

5. How do I place a retail ad in the body of The Crier?

Please contact Jessica Sager at 303-783-2730. Retail ads are strictly limited to events within the Cherry Hills Village City limits and are approved on a case by case basis.
