Emergency Water Main Repair at Major Intersection by Denver Water

Denver Water will be doing an emergency water main repair at the intersection of East Belleview Ave. and South University Blvd. The repair work will start on Friday January 6, 2012 at 8 p.m. and is expected to last until Monday January 9, 2012 until approximately 5 a.m. The emergency water main repair will be a 24 hour operation. Residents in the immediate vicinity of the construction project may experience extra noise and lights during the timeframe of this repair project.

All southbound traffic on South University Blvd will be experience various lane closures. There is a potential for lengthy delays for any traffic using South University Blvd between East Hampden Ave. and East Belleview Ave.

Residents in Cherry Hills Farms West will have limited access to South University Blvd via Cherry Hills Farms Drive West. Residents are advised to use Huntwick Lane as an alternative route for access in and out of your subdivision. Access to South University Blvd. will be available for both northbound and southbound directions from Huntwick Lane.
