On Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at approximately 04:00 p.m., officers took a report of identity theft at the Cherry Hills Village Police Department. Unknown individuals fraudulently used the victim’s personal information to apply online for credit cards with two different credit card companies.

East Hampden Ave. on a report of a traffic accident. One car rear ended another car causing extensive damage, and the driver then took off in an unknown direction The victim was checked out for injuries by South Metro Fire Rescue at the scene.

East Hampden Ave. on the suspicion of driving while under the influence. During the same traffic stop a male passenger was arrested on the suspicion of possessing and consuming alcohol while prohibited by a restraining order.
