On Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at approximately 04:00 p.m., officers took a report of identity theft at the Cherry Hills Village Police Department. Unknown individuals fraudulently used the victim’s personal information to apply online for credit cards with two different credit card companies.
On Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at approximately 01:40 a.m., officers discovered during a traffic stop in the 2300 block of East Hampden Ave. that the driver had his
Colorado driving privileges suspended. In addition to the license suspension, the driver also had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. The male driver was transported to the
ACSO Justice
Center.
On Thursday, January 13, 2012, at approximately 00:03 a.m., officers arrested a male in the 1400 block of
East Jefferson Ave. on the suspicion of driving while under the influence.
On Thursday, January 13, 2012, at approximately 01:59 a.m., officers arrested a male in the 1400 block of
East Hampden Ave. on the suspicion of driving while under the influence.
On Saturday, January 14, 2012, at approximately 03:28 p.m., officers arrested a female in the 4300 block of
East Hampden Ave. on the suspicion of driving while under the influence.
On Saturday, January 14, 2012, at approximately 06:53 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of
East Hampden Ave. on a report of a traffic accident. One car rear ended another car causing extensive damage, and the driver then took off in an unknown direction The victim was checked out for injuries by South Metro Fire Rescue at the scene.
On Sunday, January 15, 2012, at approximately 02:50 a.m., officers arrested a female in the 2400 block of
East Hampden Ave. on the suspicion of driving while under the influence. During the same traffic stop a male passenger was arrested on the suspicion of possessing and consuming alcohol while prohibited by a restraining order.
From Monday January 9 until Sunday January 15, 2012, officers cited six individuals for driving with a revoked or suspended license.
