If you have received a photo red light violation in the mail, you may view the images and video online by logging onto
http://www.violationinfo.com/.
You will need the notice number and pin number printed on the front of the violation notice in the top right hand corner.
If you do not have internet access, you can contact the Municipal Court at (303) 783-2720 to schedule an appointment to view the video.
Payment is an admission of guilt or liability; however this violation will NOT be part of your driving record and 0 points will be assessed.
You can pay your fine online by logging onto http://www.violationinfo.com/. Please note: if you elect to pay your fine online, there will be a $4 service charge added to your original amount. You will need the notice number and pin number printed on the front of the violation notice. Once you have entered your notice and pin numbers, click the green “Pay Your Red Light Violation Online” button and enter your payment information.
You can mail a check or money order (payable to Cherry Hills Village Municipal Court) in the envelope that was enclosed with the violation, or mail it to Violations Processing Center, PO Box 12129,
Scottsdale, AZ 85267. Please write the notice number on your check or money order. All payments must be received within 30 days of the issue date.
You can pay in person at Cherry Hills Village Municipal Court located at
2450 East Quincy Avenue between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Please bring your notice along with your payment (check, money order, cash or Visa/MasterCard). If you are paying by Visa/MasterCard, you can also call the Municipal Court at (303) 783-2720 to make your payment over the phone. There are no service charges associated with making your payment over the phone to the City of Cherry Hills Village.
Other Information
If you feel you have an excusable defense, you may request a review in writing. You cannot request a review in person. All inquiries must be received within 15 days of the issue date. Send all written inquiries in the envelope that was enclosed with the violation, along with the signed remittance form printed at the bottom of your notice. Include a legible copy of your driver’s license and a copy of your vehicle registration. If you have sold the vehicle, you will need to submit a copy of your bill of sale or supporting documentation with the remittance form.
If at the time and date of the violation you were not the driver or your car was in the care or custody of another driver, complete and mail the Affidavit of Non-Responsibility along with the signed remittance form printed at the bottom of your notice in the envelope enclosed with the violation or fax it to (480) 990-4819. The affidavit and supporting documentation will be reviewed and a determination will be made regarding the identity of the actual driver. Any false representation may subject you to criminal penalties.
