Planning and Zoning Commission
The City's Planning and Zoning Commission reviews all subdivision applications, rezoning requests, floodplain modifications and other development applications submitted to the City, and provides a recommendation to the City Council on those various applications. The Planning and Zoning Commission is also responsible for the preparation of the City's Master Plan and making recommendations to the City Council on updates to the Master Plan.
The P&Z consists of seven (7) members, all of which reside in the Village and are appointed by the City Council. The current members of the Planning and Zoning Commission are:

Meeting Information
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Center, 2450 E. Quincy Avenue.
