Registry Information

The purpose of this page is to provide the citizens of Cherry Hills Village with information about Registered Sex Offenders living in the Village. It does not include the names of individuals that do not live in Cherry Hills Village, or that may be employed in Cherry Hills Village. To obtain a list of Registered Sex Offenders for an area other than Cherry Hills Village, please visit the Colorado Bureau of Investigation Convicted Sex Offender Site or other law enforcement jurisdictions for their lists.

The Cherry Hills Village Police Department Sex Offender Registry includes only those persons that are required by law to register and who are in compliance with the Sex Offender Registration Law. Persons should not rely solely on this information as a safeguard against perpetrators of sexual assault in their communities. The crime for which a person is convicted of and required to register for may not accurately reflect the level of risk posed by that individual.

The website only contains sex offenders convicted of State felony charges, two or more misdemeanor charges and will not include those convicted of one misdemeanor, or those convicted of municipal ordinance violations.

Juveniles Sex Offenders will be included in this list only if they meet certain criteria allowing the posting of their names.
