2. A "Residential Elevator" is any elevator, escalator, dumbwaiter, platform lift, or moving walk which is to be installed in a single-family home or residential accessory structure. If you are not sure if your project is a Commercial Elevator or a Residential Elevator, call the Community Development Department at 303-783-2721.
4. Applying Online

   To apply for this type of permit, you will need to provide the following items:

   1. Completed General Permit Application
   2. Stamped structural/conveyance plans
   3. Architectural plans, as applicable
   4. Floor plans and/or other necessary plans or specifications to demonstrate Building Code compliance
6. Plan Review
   Xpress Bill Pay - Plan Review Payment

   A plan review fee of $600 is required for all Residential Elevators. Payment is accepted via Xpress Bill Pay. Once your payment has been processed, enter your name and the Transaction Number of your payment in the fields below.
