Building Permits

Permit Submittal Process

Due to user requests, industry standards, and changes in technology, we have recently updated how permits are processed.  Our intent is to create an easier experience and increase transparency.  Please read and follow the steps below.

All aspects of permits, including applying for new permits, permit revision, checking the status of pending permits, paying for permits, scheduling inspections, and reviewing the results of plan review will now be handled through our online portal.  You will need to register and get approved before you are able to log in.  While we will approve your registration as soon as possible, it may take up to 24 business hours.
