The City of Cherry Hills Village is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the City’s website.  Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers on the City’s website. Below is a bullet point list providing several options to inform the City of issues and/or accommondation requests.

Contact information is required to submit a notification of an accessibility barrier or website issue or accommodation request:

Response Timeline

A City Staff member will reach out to the requestor within three (3) business days to discuss the problem and work to see what options there are to resolve it. If a requestor does not find the suggested solution(s) acceptable, they may submit a grievance procedure form located on the ADA Grievance Procedure page.
