The City budget is presented by the City Manager and Finance Director to City Council each year in accordance with the Home Rule Charter. A budget calendar is established in January; the proposed budget is presented to Council in September; a study session is held in October; a Public Hearing is held in November along with first reading; second and final reading is held in December.
