The City of Cherry Hills Village takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of the City of Cherry Hills Village websites:

  • Employ formal accessibility quality assurance methods.

The City of Cherry Hills Village is committed to the review for conformance on an ongoing basis and updates of the content will be made as needed on web content created before July 1, 2024. Web content created after July 1, 2024 will adhere to WCAG 2.1, level AA standards to the extent practicable. The City makes every effort to make our content accessible and remove barriers but there may be technology assets that cannot feasibly be made accessible due to certain limitations. The City strives to provide reasonable accommodations or modifications for alternative access.

We try to respond to feedback within 72 hours discuss the problem and work to see what options there are to resolve it. If a requestor does not find the suggested solution(s) acceptable, they may submit a grievance procedure form located on the City's ADA Grievance Procedure webpage or use the ADA and Web Accessibility Grievance Procedure form.

These technologies have been arranged to assist in conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Upon request, the City will make reasonable accommodations or modifications for alternative access to content that may be excluded from WCAG. Here is the link to an online submission form.
