Quincy Farm's Big Barn has been renovated to stabilize the structure and create a small gathering place for programs. The historic elements of the Barn have been maintained and the exterior appearance has remained the same, but critical work was completed to address the Barn’s structural issues and replace its failing roof. While these issues were addressed, part of the interior was reconfigured to create a welcoming space for the community to use. The new plans were developed with Rogue Architecture, in close consultation with the Cherry Hills Land Preserve. Please visit CHLP’s project page to see illustrations of the interior.
This project was funded by a combination of the City budget ($610,000) and generous donations from the Cherry Hills Land Preserve ($150,000).
