By submitting this photo/image/graphic/creation (“Work”), you are stating that you are the owner of the rights to the Work and are providing permission for the Village Crier and the City of Cherry Hills Village to use, display, re-use, reproduce, distribute, publish and re-publish the Work in whole or in part, in any medium (including electronic web site media and social media platforms, including but not limited to www.cherryhillsvillage.com) for City public relations, promotion and advertising without any monetary gain or compensation and without limitation as to time. You certify that the Work is your own, no one else was involved in its creation, and the Work is expressly authorized for City use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City from all claims that may arise from its use of the Work.
